location good, but some issues
good locationno acnoisy outside
the location was good, right near the river.
The room had no ac, and they said it couldn't be fixed because it was winter. the room was hot, so i had to sleep with the windows open. It was noisy outside. the staff didn't have a fan for me. Another guest had it, very annoying!!!

The included breakfast offered a nice variety! Fresh pastries were available each morning. Afternoon cake with coffee and tea was a lovely addition too.
Our room lacked air conditioning, a major issue . Despite my requests, fixing it was not possible because of the season. Loud noises outside made it difficult to rest.

The hotel location was advantageous for accessing nearby shops.
The open bathroom design lacked privacy, something I found inconvenient when sharing the room. I did find myself requesting fresh towels daily because there were no racks to hang them.
